❓ Question
We are a marriage and family nonprofit funded primarily by donors. We also earn revenue by selling resources (books and group studies) and hosting events.
We are thinking of introducing a "mystery box" in our online store. We hope that it will encourage people to increase their order size to surpass the free shipping threshold, which should lead to more conversions and higher revenues.
Is the mystery box a good idea? How much should we charge for it (we’re thinking $29.99 with a value of $65+)?
